Tatiana is a senior technical fellow for the Space-Based Infrared System (SBIRS) program at Space Sensors & Exploitation Systems, Northrop Grumman Corporation. Her major interests and contributions are in the areas of telescope pointing and control and payload attitude determination. She has been involved in several aspects of space-based payloads design, testing and deployment including ground integration and calibration, early-on-orbit telescope calibration, and tuning and flight operational support. Tatiana received her master’s degrees in physics from Moscow State University. She completed her PhD in experimental particle physics from UCLA and conducted research at Caltech before joining Northrop Grumman’s space systems division.
