Notes about the registration process:
- Each person attending must register and pay by credit card individually
- This is secure site used for UCLA payments
There are three items available:
1. Registration: You have the choice of registering for the full conference or for one or more days. There is also a choice between registering as a professional or as a student.
2. Accommodation: You also have the choice to purchase on-campus housing with single or double occupancy. The rooms are located in DeNeve Plaza, a ten-minute walk from the Court of Sciences where the conference proceedings will take place. DeNeve Plaza offers attractive, clean rooms with air conditioning, high speed Internet connections, and a private or shared bathroom. Breakfast is also included for both options.

3. Activities: You can choose to attend the conference dinner (Friday, Sept. 7) and to go on the conference field trip to sites of geologic interest (Sunday, Sept. 9) in Southern California for an additional cost. The field trip also includes a packed lunch.
You can pay securely by credit card for any of these options. Please return to the website if you decide to add something on at a later date. The registration deadline is August 31, 2012. If you have any questions, please contact UCLA_luminescence@epss.ucla.edu.
Abstracts should be restricted to a single letter page size, and include the following information: Title, Authors (e.g. Rhodes, Ed J., etc), Authors’ affiliations and email addresses (email optional but encouraged), Abstract text, Figure or Table (optional), References cited (optional). Please use a 12 point font size for the main text, and 10 point for the affiliations and references. Please make it clear whether you would prefer an oral or poster presentation.Email these to UCLA_luminescence@epss.ucla.edu as a word or plain text document, so that they can be edited if necessary, by August 15.
