Description: Provide administrative support to the Earth, Planetary, and Space Sciences (EPSS) department
Tasks include filing, data entry, updating spreadsheets, shipping & receiving, campus errands, event planning and support, and miscellaneous special projects.
Qualifications: Ability to perform detailed work efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. Must possess excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office; Internet searches) as well as verbal/written communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Skill in working both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work on site in the Geology building.
