Field Trip Resources

  • Field Trip Policies

    EPSS field activities provide superb educational opportunities. Our field trip policies are aimed at improving the safety and well-being of all participants during EPSS field trips.

    All participants in EPSS field trips are required to read and adhere to our field trip policies. UCLA students must also fill out liability waivers prior to participation on field trips. For required activities, please fill out this waiver. For volunteer activities, please fill out this waiver.

    All drivers of EPSS field vehicles are required to submit a driver registration form.

  • Field Vehicles

    The department currently has 4 4X4 vehicles for use on field trips. First priority for vehicle use is for trips where driving on unpaved roads and/or off-road driving is planned. We also assist with coordinating vehicle rentals through UCLA Fleet Services or external rental agencies.
